Mot
Background
In ancient Egyptian religion, Mot (also spelled as Mwt or Maut) is not a prominent deity. The name "Mot" could be a mistranslation or a confusion with the Canaanite god of death, Mot. However, if you are referring to a deity in ancient Egyptian religion, there isn't one with the name Mot.
